Based on double occupancy. Includes breakfast, a late afternoon or evening complimentary glass of wine and refreshment. All rates are subject to applicable taxes.

Corporate rates are available for a 3-4 day stay. If requested, a business breakfast can be accommodated for a seating of eight. This amenity must be requested upon reservation.

Conditions
We ask that the house and the grounds remain non-smoking areas.
Children over the age of 12 are preferred.
We are not able to provide accommodations for your pets, but we can recommend a nearby kennel. You are welcome to enjoy Abbey, our golden retriever.

Cancellation policy
Should you need to cancel a reservation, the deposit is fully refundable if notice is received seven (7) days prior to your scheduled arrival OR if we are able to rebook your room for the entire reservation period.

Directions

• Follow Interstate-81 to Marion , VA. Take Exit 47.
• At the bottom of the ramp (from either the northbound or southbound exit), turn left onto Route 11 North (North Main Street).
• Drive 1.1 miles to the second traffic light and turn right onto Route 16 North (Park Boulevard) toward Hungry Mother State Park .
• Travel 0.50 miles to the first traffic light--turn left there onto Callan Drive and go to the four-way stop at the top of the hill.
• At that intersection, continue across Prater Lane and go one block to turn right onto Middle Avenue .
• Then go one block and turn left onto Leslie Street. Continue to the top of the hill and then turn right onto John Street.
• Windswept Bed & Breakfast is the two-story home at the end of the lane.
