All our breakfasts come with a
selection of juices (orange, cranberry or cran/orange) accompanied by fresh-brewed gourmet coffee, a variety of specialty teas and milk. The sample menus below provide a sneak peek into our kitchen. Special dietary requests will be honored; please make them with your room reservations.

The Windswept Signature
Fresh fruit of the season parfait, served with yogurt and a sprinkling of granola. Frangelica French toast topped with strawberries, kiwi, blueberries and powdered sugar. Pour on a delightful homemade cinnamon or maple syrup, and enjoy bacon to the side. The Wake Me Early Breakfast
Fresh fruit of the season. Tangy baked eggs made with Dijon mustard, dry sherry and Worcestershire sauce mixed with cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup and sour cream. Served on perfectly toasted English muffins. Accompanied by Carolina sausage or bacon if desired.
Hikers' Heaven
Hearty bacon-cheddar rolled omelet, served with a sprig of rosemary in the center. Paired with homemade bread such as biscuits, sour cream coffee cake or date muffins to enjoy at the table or take on the go. The plate is garnished with seasonal fresh fruit.
